                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 6065 AND
                   6067 EAST BRAINERD ROAD, BEING ON THE NORTHEAST
                   LINE OF EAST BRAINERD ROAD NORTHWEST OF
                   CHICKAMAUGA ROAD FROM R-1 RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO
                   R-4 SPECIAL ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
               
                A tract of land located at 6065 and 6067 East
                Brainerd Road, being on the northeast line of East
                Brainerd Road northwest of Chickamauga Road.  Lot
                26, block B, Lee Highway Place, as shown by plat of
                record in deed book Z, volume 29, page 446, ROHC;
                being the property described in deed book 2649,
                page 904, ROHC.  Tax Map No. 158H-G-16.
               
         from R-1 Residential Zone to R-4 Special Zone.
        
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
